The Society of Professional Property Inspectors, Inc. (SPPI), a non-profit professional society, was formed in 1989 to promote excellence within the property inspection industry and to provide a forum where inspectors can improve their knowledge and skills. Professionals in the Kansas City area from all aspects of real estate inspection joined together to promote excellence and professionalism throughout the inspection industry. SPPI "Standards of Practice" and "Code of Ethics" are next to none and aid in reliable, responsible and state of the art inspections.

We understand that your home is the biggest investment you’ll make in your lifetime.

But before you make your final buying decision, we encourage you to get a professional home inspection.
